Joovy Caboose Stroller Review

Joovy Caboose Stroller Review

The Joovy Caboose stroller is a great choice for parents with two young children.

My seven-year-old daughter and I just returned from vacation. My daughter was mad that I kept asking parents about strollers while on vacation. I was fascinated by the new stroller designs and features. What will they come up with next?

The Joovy Caboose, sit-and-stand stroller, caught my attention. Joovy is a Texas stroller manufacturer that I am familiar with. However, I have never seen the Caboose stroller live until now.

The Caboose would be considered a stroller-and-a-half. It isn’t as heavy, bulky, or large as double strollers. This makes it ideal for parents with two children who are stroller-aged, i.e. a two-year-old and a four-year-old.

The Caboose can accommodate many types of infant car seats. It is quite impressive to see the list of compatible infant car seat models. The jump seat in the rear is very innovative. It folds down to make it more comfortable for toddlers and children who are tired of standing or walking. The jump-seat can be folded up so your child can stand on the Caboose platform/footboard. Joovy Caboose features handles, a sturdy platform and safety straps that provide a safe ride for your child standing.

How I wish I could have this five years ago. My daughter would have loved to be able to sit on the Caboose’s back. I don’t know how many times I have pushed an empty stroller with my fidgety girl.

The stroller is beautiful, lighter than double strollers and can be used by one child. One child can also sit or stand, while the Caboose’s front seat is perfect for both infants and children. What’s the point? What’s the point of being excited about the Caboose stroller. That’s a good question. Let me tell you what I learned from my parent interviews.

Parents with multiple children will find it easy to use the Joovy Caboose. That’s it. One mother said that her children no longer have to be burdened by the hassle of going on walks, shopping or running errands. Another mother stated that the Caboose stroller is a great way to keep everyone happy. It’s also easy to transport, fold, store, and transport. Finally, I was told by a proud dad that the Caboose stroller takes away all the hassle. My children and me look forward to our Caboose rides.

This stroller is ideal for those who find themselves carrying their four-year-old in one hand and pushing the stroller with one hand. This stroller is also recommended for older children who are too tall to sit, but not large enough to carry the stroller.
